Shipping for Arrow Splints Products

• Free standard economy shipping on all orders
• Standard shipping is 4-6 day delivery (it frequently arrives sooner)
• 2-4 Day & Overnight Delivery is available for an additional charge
• We can ship anywhere in the continental United States (48 States); excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or Internationally
• We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Amazon Lockers
• Orders placed before 5 pm CST will typically ship out the same business day

Return/Exchange Policy for Arrow Splints Products

• All Arrow Splints products are guaranteed free returns or exchanges, we pay the shipping.
• Items are available for return or exchange for a minimum of 30 days after purchase.
• Please contact us to process your return or exchange

If an item is returned to the wrong address, Arrow Splints reserves the right to charge any additional shipping fees required for shipping the item to the correct location.

Cancellations for Arrow Splints Products

• We try to ship orders as fast as possible. We are happy to cancel your order if your shipment has not already been processed. To cancel, please contact us immediately.
• If an order has been processed, you will have to proceed with the return as outlined above.

Credits

Once your return is verified, Arrow Splints will issue a credit to the card used for the purchase. It can take 2-4 weeks for your card to be credited by the issuer.

NOTE: If your item was defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately & we will arrange for the item to be replaced.
